Cohesion, in the molecular sense, is the force between particles within a body or substance that acts to unite them. Cohesion, in a social sense, is the act or state of cohering, uniting or sticking together.
So why is this portfolio named after this word? Because I would like to believe that it is what defines the ethos that I strive for in my sense of design and team dynamics. I push myself to do the very best at each creative challenge that I come across, and hope that that is what unites the body of work that I've done, and the work that is yet to come. And in the years I've so far experienced in this ever engaging industry, I have been lucky to have worked, and continue to work, with talented associates and colleagues who share that vision. And whose talents, on many occasions, continue to surprise and influence me.
Unlike degrees of separation, which bounds one to another, cohesion bounds all us designers towards a common goal - that of good design, and always striving for the best.
This is my cohesion.
